ECHOES

ECHOES (Expert Chatbot for Helping Operator and Engineer Success) is a chatbot designed for operations and automation professionals, trained using tailored industry domain knowledge. ECHOES is a platform for incremental training of a pretrained Large Language Model (LLM) with domain-specific information that is not accessible to LLMs trained with online repositories. ECHOES is a joint industry initiative to increase knowledge retention and enhance the effectiveness of operators, instrument engineers, control engineers, systems engineers, and Advanced Process Control (APC) groups. The chatbot provides organizational knowledge retention for operations and automation professionals, offering relevant information and insights to optimize their decision-making processes.
